Step 1: Open the Slide Options Menu

In the Storydoc editor, find the slide you want to save.
Click the three-dot menu on the slide in the editor view or the slide side-panel.

Step 2: Click “Save to My Slides” or “Save to Team Slides”

From the dropdown menu, choose one of the following:

  • Save to My Slides: Adds the slide to your personal library. Only you will see and reuse this saved slide in other decks.

  • Save to Team Slides: Adds the slide to a shared library accessible to your team. Everyone on your workspace can use it.

Step 3: Name the Slide and Choose a Subfolder

Give your slide a name so it’s easy to find later.

You can also assign it to a subfolder to help organize your saved slides—especially useful for teams managing multiple slide types.

Step 4: Reuse the Slide

To reuse a saved slide in another Storydoc:

  1. Click “+ Add Slide”

  2. Navigate to the “My Slides” or “Team Slides” tab

  3. Browse or search for your saved slides

  4. Click to insert the one you need

The saved slide will appear in your current deck, ready to edit if needed.

Tip
Use this feature to build a mini-library of go-to slides—like case studies, about us sections, or feature summaries—so you don’t have to start from scratch every time.
