1. Generate a Complete Storydoc with AI

When starting a new presentation:

  1. Click “Create New Storydoc”

  2. Choose Generate with AI

  3. Provide a source (text, website URL, document, or file)

  4. Click Generate

The AI will scan your input and build a full Storydoc with copy, structure, and visuals—all tailored to your brand if it's already set up.

2. Use Storydoc Brain for Context-Aware Output

With Storydoc Brain, you can:

  • Upload reports, proposals, contracts, client websites, and more

  • Feed your own materials into the AI so it generates slides using your content, not generic guesses

  • Easily swap, update, or remove context sources at any time

This ensures slides are accurate, brand-aligned, and specific to your business or client needs.

Example: Want an “About Us” slide based on your website? Upload the link and let the AI build it instantly.

3. Add Slides with “Add with AI”

When inserting a new slide:

  1. Click “+ Add Slide”

  2. Pick a template or layout

  3. Select “Add with AI”

  4. Write a short prompt (e.g. “Our 2025 roadmap” or “Customer testimonials section”)

  5. The AI will generate the slide content based on your prompt—and if Storydoc Brain is active, based on your custom materials too

4. Use AI to Edit Text On the Fly

You can also apply AI to individual text blocks:

  • Click a paragraph or heading

  • Choose the “Use AI” option

  • Select actions like:

    • Rephrase

    • Shorten

    • Expand

    • Rewrite in a different tone

This helps you quickly improve or tailor your messaging.

5. Use AI to Add or Suggest Visuals

Storydoc also supports visual generation and suggestions:

  • AI-generated images: Click on an image block and select Create image with AI to generate a custom visual

  • AI image suggestions: Get smart recommendations based on your slide’s topic

  • These options appear contextually when editing visual components

Tip
The more context you provide—via documents, prompts, or links—the better the AI output. Combine Storydoc Brain with “Add with AI” and in-slide edits to build fast and stay on message.
