How to Update Your Credit Card

Request a secure billing link from Storydoc support, log in with your account email, update your card details, and save the changes

If you need to change the payment method linked to your Storydoc subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Request the Update Link

    • Contact Storydoc support and let them know you want to update your payment details.

  2. Receive the Secure Link

    • Support will send you a secure billing update link from our billing provider.

  3. Open the Link

    • Click the link provided in the email.

    • Make sure you’re logged in with the same email you use for your Storydoc account.

  4. Enter New Card Details

    • Fill in your new credit card information.

    • Review the details carefully before confirming.

  5. Save Changes

    • Click Update or Save to apply the changes.

Additional Notes

  • If you have multiple workspaces, ensure you update the payment method for the correct one.

  • If you don’t receive the link, check your spam folder or request it again from support.
