Steps to Upgrade
Log in to your Storydoc account.
From the top navigation, click Workspace.
Go to the Plans tab.
Choose your new plan:
Starter – Ideal for individuals with basic needs. Click Buy Now to upgrade instantly.
Pro – Best for professionals and businesses. Click Buy Now to upgrade instantly.
Team – Designed for multi-user collaboration and advanced features. Click Let’s Talk to book a meeting with our product expert before upgrading.
Complete the payment process (Starter/Pro) or consultation (Team).
Your upgraded features will be available immediately after confirmation.
Notes
If you upgrade mid-billing cycle (e.g., from Starter to Pro), you’ll only be charged the price difference for the remaining period.
Team plan upgrades require a call with our product expert to tailor the plan to your needs.
