  3. Enter your details

    • Your name: How you want it to appear to viewers

    • Role: Your job title

    • Calendar link: Paste your booking URL (e.g., Calendly, HubSpot) so leads can schedule time with you

    Click Save changes.

  5. Manage login and security
Use Reset password from the same panel when needed.

Why it matters

  • Personalization at scale: Your name, role, photo, and calendar link can be inserted into personalized versions using dynamic variables, so every recipient sees the correct sender info without manual edits.

  • Higher conversion: Adding a calendar link and consistent sender identity reduces friction for prospects to book a call. You can also surface these links in the engagement bar.

  • Team consistency: On team workspaces, multiple seats let each user’s sender details populate automatically in personalized decks (name, email, picture, calendar link).

Notes and tips

  • Keep your calendar link live and public so it works from every story. You can also place your booking links in the Engagement Bar for easy access.

  • Use a square headshot with good lighting for the best in‑story appearance.

  • If your organization uses multiple senders, ask each teammate to complete their profile so dynamic variables render correctly for everyone.
