Adding a Table

  1. Open your story in the Editor.

  2. From the right-hand toolbar, click the Add a Table icon (grid symbol).

  3. Select a table style (Basic, Alternating rows, or one of the header layouts).

  4. Set your table size by choosing the number of rows and columns from the grid.

Editing Table Data

  1. Click inside any cell of the table on your slide to type or paste your content.

  2. Use the formatting toolbar to:

    • Adjust font size, alignment, and text color.

    • Toggle borders, header styling, or alternating rows.

    • Change cell alignment, orientation, or background color.

Adding More Rows or Columns

You have two options:

Option 1 – Using Edit Data

  1. Click Edit data in the toolbar above the table.

  2. In the size grid, select the number of rows and columns you want — this will update the table size.

Option 2 – Using Right-Click Menu

  1. Right-click inside the table where you want to add a row or column.

  2. Choose Insert row or Insert column.

  3. The new row or column will appear next to your selection.

Styling Your Table

  • Background color: Apply to a single cell, an entire row, a column, or the whole table.

  • Header styling: Turn the header on or off, choose the header layout, and customize background, border, and font colors.

  • Alternating rows: Shade every other row automatically and set the background, border, and font colors.

  • Borders: Show or hide borders and select their colors to match your design.
