How to Remove Storydoc Branding

Removing Storydoc branding allows you to present without the Storydoc logo in the engagement bar. This feature is available on paid plans.

Steps to Remove Storydoc Branding

  1. Make sure you’re on a paid plan
    Branding removal is available from the Starter plan upwards. If you’re on the free trial, click Upgrade now to switch to a paid plan.

  2. Open your Storydoc in the editor
    Navigate to the story you want to update.

  3. Open Story settings
    Click the Settings (gear) icon in the right-hand toolbar.

  4. Locate the Storydoc branding toggle
    Scroll down until you see the Storydoc branding option.

  5. Disable the branding
    Toggle the switch off to remove the Storydoc logo from your story’s engagement bar.

Steps to Change the Favicon

  1. In the same Story settings panel, look for the Favicon option under "Document settings/ Advanced settings".

  2. Upload your own favicon in .PNG format.

  3. The favicon will replace the Storydoc icon in the browser tab for that story.

  4. Changes are saved automatically.

Additional Notes

  • Branding and favicon changes apply per story. Repeat the process for each presentation where you want them removed or replaced.
