Content blocks let you add interactive layouts to your story without changing the whole slide. You can place blocks such as Timeline, Carousel, Tabs, Narrator, Array, or Side by Side inside an existing slide or start with a new slide built from those layouts.

Add a content block to an existing slide

  1. Open your story in the editor.

  2. On the right toolbar, click Add a content block.
In the panel that opens, you will see Side by Side, Tabs, Array, Narrator, Timeline, and Carousel.

  3. Drag and drop the block onto your current slide. A line placeholder will show valid drop areas.

  4. Click inside the block to add your content. You can enter text or use Add element to insert Image, Video, Chart, or Media grid.

  5. Use the top toolbar to format and arrange the block:

    • Edit content, Align, Style, Border, Radius, Shadow, Layout, Anchor, and more.

Add a new slide with a layout

  1. Click + Add Slide in the left panel.

  2. Open the Layouts tab.
Browse categories such as Timeline, Tabs, Carousel, Narrator, Array, Side by Side, or Most Popular.

  3. Click "Add with AI" or "Add slide" to create a new slide.

  4. Edit the content and adjust styling in Design Settings if needed.

Edit and tailor each block

Timeline

  • Add milestones or steps and keep each one short.

  • Reorder items by dragging.

  • Use icons or images to make stages easy to scan.

Carousel

  • Use for product cards, case studies, or testimonials.

  • Keep each card focused with one image and a short caption.

  • Add buttons or links for deeper dives.

Tabs

  • Organize details without crowding the slide.

  • Rename tabs clearly and keep the order logical.

  • Great for comparisons and FAQs.

Narrator

  • Ideal for guided explanations and storytelling.

  • Pair text with supportive visuals and keep paragraphs concise.

  • Use Anchor if you want to link to a specific section.

Tips and best practices

  • Aim for 3 to 6 items per Timeline, Tabs, or Carousel for readability.

  • Use Design Settings to keep fonts and colors on brand.
