Control text placement

  • Grid-based design: Storydoc is built on a responsive grid. You cannot drag and drop text freely anywhere. Instead, text automatically aligns to the layout grid. The grid ensures your content always looks clean, professional, and fully responsive across devices. You don’t need to worry about misaligned text, overlapping elements, or layouts breaking on mobile.

  • Container width: Change the width of the text container or the to make the text area narrower or wider.

  • Alignment: Align text left, center, or right using the toolbar.

  • Layout style: For bigger changes, switch the entire slide’s layout style from the toolbar.

Tips

  • Use AI to quickly polish or adapt your content.

  • Keep paragraphs short for better readability on all devices.

  • Combine text with visuals (images, icons, videos) to make your message more engaging.
