Cancel Your Subscription
Log in to your Storydoc account.
Go to Workspace from the left-side menu.
Click on Subscription.
Select Cancel and confirm your choice.
Once canceled, your subscription will not renew. Any remaining paid time will stay active until the end of your billing period.
Cancel During Trial
If you’re still on the 14-day free trial, you don’t need to cancel.
Storydoc does not collect your payment details until you choose a paid plan, so no charges will occur.
If you’d also like to delete your account completely, you can request account deletion (see below).
Delete Your Account
If you’d like to permanently delete your account and all associated data:
Contact our support team with your request.
Your account and personal data will be erased from our systems, and you’ll receive a confirmation once the process is complete.
Refund policy
According to our Terms & Conditions, refunds are available only for your first purchase, if canceled within 14 days.
Subsequent renewals, upgrades, or add-ons are not refundable.

Important Notes
Data after cancellation: Your live Storydoc links remain accessible, but editing and creating new stories requires reactivation.
Renew later: You can always reactivate your account by going to Workspace > Subscription and choosing a new plan.
