Check your inbox, including the spam or promotions folder.
Make sure you’re looking in the email account you used to sign up for Storydoc.
If you still can’t find the activation email, please contact our support team. We’ll send you a new activation link and help you get started.
Additional Notes
The activation link is only required the first time you share a story.
Once your account is activated, you won’t need to repeat this step again.
