Invoice & Receipts Guide

Storydoc subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our payment provider. This means your invoices and receipts are generated and managed by Paddle.

How to access invoices

  1. Log in to your Storydoc account.

  2. Go to Workspace in the left-hand menu.

  3. Click Billing History.

  4. Here you’ll see a list of all your past payments.

  5. Click the download link next to a payment to save the invoice as a PDF.

How to get receipts

  • After every successful payment, Paddle sends a receipt email to the email address linked to your account.

  • This receipt confirms the payment amount, method, and date.

  • If you cannot find it, check your spam or promotions folder, or search your inbox for “Paddle receipt.”

VAT and tax exemptions

Invoices are issued by Paddle. If you need to:

  • Add your VAT ID, or

  • Request a VAT refund,

please contact Paddle directly at https://paddle.net/.

Update your billing details

If you need to change your payment method or update your card:

  1. Contact Storydoc support.

  2. You’ll receive a secure link to Paddle to update your billing information.
