Before you get started, check if your plan supports CRM integrations. You can review the pricing page or talk with your account manager to confirm.
Steps to Connect Your CRM
Open the Integrations tab from the top navigation bar.
Go to the Connect CRM section.
Select your CRM (for example, HubSpot) and click + Connect.
A login window will open. Sign in to your CRM account.
Choose the correct account and confirm the connection. Each CRM has its own connection method, so the flow may look slightly different depending on the platform.
Grant Storydoc the requested permissions.
Once connected, your CRM will appear as Connected in the Integrations panel.
What You Can Do After Connecting
Contact details in Share flow: For some integrations, you’ll see a new button inside the Share flow that lets you pull your CRM contacts directly when sending Storydocs.
Generate Storydocs from CRM: On certain CRMs, you can automatically generate personalized Storydocs straight from your CRM by clicking a button or using a trigger. This makes it easy to scale outreach without leaving your CRM.
Additional Notes
You can disconnect and reconnect any time from the Integrations panel.
