How it works
Once you upload your logo in your Account customization settings, it will appear on:
The loading screen before your story opens
The engagement bar (unless you customize it in the story)
If you already have active stories shared with customers, you may need to reshare or update them for the logo to appear.
How to add your logo
Open the user menu in the top right corner of the editor.
Click Settings.
Under Account customization, go to Your Logo.
Click Change Logo and upload your file.
Click Save changes.
Your logo will now be applied automatically to the loading screen of your stories.
If your logo isn’t showing on existing live links
If your stories were already shared before you added the logo, you may need to:
Click Share and choose Update & Share, or
Create a new link and share it again.
This ensures the latest branding is included.
