We’ve refreshed the Share experience to make it faster to export PDFs, easier to control access, and simpler to manage versions and link settings from one place.

What changed

  • PDF export moved next to Share for faster access.

  • New Share panel layout.

  • Live link access control is new: switch between Anyone with this link can view and No access.

  • Password, reader details, and expiry date can now be updated or removed after you’ve already shared.

  • Versions section is clearer, showing the main story link plus all personalized versions, with quick actions per version.

New Share panel with preview at the top

Clicking Share opens a redesigned panel that brings the most important sharing actions into one place. At the top, you’ll see a preview of your story, so you can confirm what you’re about to send before copying links or changing access settings.

Live link access control and Test link

The Live link now includes access control. By default, Anyone with this link can view is enabled, but you can switch to No access to temporarily disable the link, then re-enable it later. You can also use Test link to check how the link looks before sending, without creating analytics noise from internal checks.

Security and gating settings are editable after sending

Password protection, Request reader details, and Expiry date are available as before, but the key improvement is flexibility: you can now change or remove these settings after you’ve already shared the story. This helps when requirements change mid-process, for example adding a password later, adjusting the form fields, or extending an expiry date.

Team invites from the Share panel

You can invite teammates directly from the Share panel by copying an invite link or sending a specific invite with defined permissions. This makes it easier to collaborate without leaving the story you’re working on.

Versions are easier to create and manage

The Share panel now clearly separates the main story link from personalized versions you create for specific leads. When you create a version, you can name it and apply personalization fields if relevant. Each version includes quick actions like copying the link, previewing, testing, duplicating, opening in the editor to adjust only that version, exporting to PDF, and viewing analytics for that version.
