The slides library lets you save any slide from a story and reuse it in future presentations — no need to rebuild from scratch. You can save slides just for yourself or share them with your entire team.
Step 1: Select the slide you want to save
In the editor, navigate to the slide you'd like to save. Click on it in the slide panel on the left to make sure it's selected.
Step 2: Open the slide options menu
With the slide selected, click the three-dot menu (⋯) in the slide toolbar at the top of the canvas. This opens the slide options menu.
Step 3: Click "Save slide"
In the dropdown menu that appears, scroll down and select Save slide. This will open the Save slide dialog.
Step 4: Name your slide
In the Save slide dialog, enter a descriptive name for your slide in the Slide Name field. Use a clear, distinctive name so you can easily find it later — for example, "Q1 Summary - Numbers" rather than just "Slide 1".
Step 5: Choose a folder
Next, select where you'd like to save the slide using the Folder dropdown. You have two main options:
My slides — saves the slide just for you. Only you can see and access it.
Team slides — saves the slide so your entire team can find and reuse it in their own stories. This is a great way to share high-performing or on-brand slides across your organization.
Under Team slides, you may also see subfolders like Sales & Marketing, Customer Success, and others — depending on how your team has organized the library.
Step 6: Save the slide
Once you've named the slide and selected a folder, click Save slide. You'll see a confirmation toast notification at the bottom of the screen confirming the slide was saved.
Using your saved slide in any story
To reuse a saved slide, click + New slide in the editor and open the slides library. Navigate to My slides or Team slides to find your saved slides. Click on any slide to add it directly to your current story.
Your saved slides will always appear here, ready to be added to any story — making it easy to build new presentations faster using your best existing content.
